In 2025, I bought a business that's been part of Phoenix since 1957.
Arcadia opened its doors on 40th Street almost seventy years ago, and a few owners kept it exactly what it should be — a place where a stain isn't a disaster, and a wedding gown gets treated like the heirloom it's about to become.
When our team took over, we didn't want to erase seventy years of trust to make room for something new. So, we kept the address, the bones of the building, tidied up and added some fresh finishes along with the promise that's kept people coming back for generations. What we changed was everything that made customers wait: 24/7 kiosk convenience, pickup and delivery across the Valley, and cleaning processes that are easier on your clothes — and on Phoenix.

No — pricing is exactly the same as bringing your order into the store.
Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. We'll agree on a convenient spot to leave your order before service begins.
How do I pay for my dry cleaning?
We securely place your credit card on your account and charge it at time of delivery. We text a confirmation and summary of the charge.
Do you clean everything in-house?
Yes. Arcadia has run its own plant in Phoenix since 1957, using modern equipment and an experienced in-house team.
