Privacy Policy — Arcadia Dry Cleaners

Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last Updated: September 2, 2026

Arcadia Dry Cleaners (“Arcadia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit arcadiadrycleaners.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our pickup and delivery services.

This Policy does not cover our customer account portal at arcadiadrycleaners.smrtapp.com, which is operated by a third-party provider and governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review that policy separately when creating an account there.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

A. Information you give us directly

  • Name, email address, and phone number (contact form, phone calls, or scheduling a pickup)
  • Service address, for pickup and delivery
  • Message content when you contact us through the Site
  • Any other information you choose to include when reaching out to us

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages
  • General location information (city/region, inferred from IP address)
  • Cookie and similar tracking data (see Section 3 below)

We do not collect payment card information through the Site. Payment and billing for cleaning services is handled through our point-of-sale/account system, not through arcadiadrycleaners.com.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
  • Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery service
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
  • Send you information you’ve requested (e.g., a reply to a contact form submission)
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of our services

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies provided by third parties, including:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Google Tag Manager — to manage the tags and scripts on the Site
  • Google Search Console — to monitor Site performance in search results
  • Meta Pixel — if enabled, to measure the effectiveness of advertising

These tools may use cookies or device identifiers to collect information about your browsing behavior on this and other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (e.g., web hosting, analytics providers, email/marketing platforms), who are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us
  • Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arcadia, our customers, or others
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Arcadia does not sell personal information)
  • Opt out of marketing communications, by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us directly

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
